Sometimes we consume bad food combinations unknowingly and regret later.

Meat with Potato:

Meat is filled with iron which has a high biological value and proteins in Meat is used for muscle growth and cells in our body. Potatoes are enriched with nutrients which is used to maintain a healthy blood pressure and calcium, carbohydrate in potatoes are very good for bone strength in our body. Taking potato dish along with meat is not a fair idea which leads to acidic problem and makes burning sensation in stomach.

Watermelon with Milk:

Watermelon is the only fruit which contains 90% of water in it. Watermelon is the best fruit to hydrate our body and the antioxidant in watermelon is good for muscles and nerves. Milk and watermelon is of opposite nature and are bad food combinations which leads to indigestion and gaseous problem that makes toxic build up in stomach.

Banana with Milk:

Milk is packed with full of Calcium and essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 which makes milk as a great post workout drink. Potassium, Manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D and glucose in banana is used to prevent cell damages in skin and maintains a healthy blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart diseases. Bananas are rich in fiber but mixing Milk with Banana is a bad idea, coz it leads to digestion problems and sleep deprivation which makes us less active.

Fish with Milk:

Fish contains proteins, amino acid and vitamins D and vitamin B2, it is lower in fat and rich in phosphorus and calcium. Fish is the best food for people with eye sight issues and with asthma. However, consuming fish along with milk will cause hyper tension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is one of the reason for kidney diseases.

Egg with Milk:

As we already know that egg is a very good source of proteins and vitamins such as vitamin B2, B6, B12, D, E and rich sources of minerals. It produce strong health, makes immune system healthy, lowers the risk of heart disease and healthy body tissues. But mixing milk with eggs are bad food combinations, both milk and eggs contains high amount of proteins, when consumed together it leads to severe indigestion problems and cause diarrhea.

Spinach with Milk:

Popular animated TV show “Popeye –The sailor man” created awareness of consuming spinach in our daily life. Spinach is a good source of iron, magnesium, vitamins like vitamin A, B2, K and low in calorie. Spinach makes our bone healthy, lowers blood pressure and prevents asthma, skin diseases. Mixing milk with spinach is a bad food grouping which will form calcium oxalate crystals which is the main cause for kidney stones. So next time stay away when you see both milk and spinach together.

Orange with Milk:

The citrus fruit is enriched with nutrients and vitamin C. 87 % of orange is filled with water and is high in citric acid. It prevents kidney stones and keeps the blood pressure normal and maintains a healthy heart. Orange with milk is a bad diet, proteins in milk react with acidic acid in citrus fruit and produce indigestion problem which makes you uncomfortable through out the day.
